What is BaK-4 and BK-7 Glass?
There are two different types of glass that make up the prism assembly in the spotting scope. BaK-4 has a slightly higher refractive index rate over BK-7. They each have unique identifiers that makes for quick identification of what type of glass the scope is made with. BK-7 is typically the most common glass used in budget spotting scopes while BaK-4 glass is more often seen in more expensive spotters. The included adapter is a universal one with a 14mm depth clamp. As long as the phone and case isn't thicker than that, you can use the adapter with the phone in the case.

For range use, staying within the 200 yard range for groupings is to be expected.

With the lower, more usable magnification range, dynamic lens focusing system, and fully multi-coated optics, why look anywhere else for a steal in price?
